Objectives of the Course: |

This two-day workshop is intended primarily for lead workers, supervisors, job
coaches and others involved in day-to-day custodial operations who need to understand
the basic aspects of custodial operations, including account management and
supervising services. The first day-and-a-half of the workshop is a combination of
lecture, videos and exercises based on the manuals developed by BSCAI. The
afternoon of the second day, participants will take a written examination based on
material covered in the manuals and training session. Allow sufficient time to receive
and review manuals for a maximum benefit of the workshop training. Participants
should bring their own calculators for the exam. |

Charles “Mickey” Crowe, of NISH South Region has been involved in the
custodial field for over 30 years and is recognized as a consultant and trainer.
Along with other credentials, he maintains the CBSE (Certified Building Service
Executive) and RBSM (Registered Building Service Manager) designations from
BSCAI and conducts training sessions focused on improving custodial
operations. |
