LOCAL GOVERNMENT MARKET SPECIALIST

Growing not-for-profit corporation seeks highly motivated Local Government Market Specialist to work in fast paced Albany, NY office to increase sales with local government agencies with initial emphasis on the Central and Capital Regions of New York State. Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communicative skills and be able to work independently, often balancing multiple tasks to achieve established goals. Vehicle travel required. Marketing and/or sales experience to local government agencies and familiarity with Veteran organizations a plus. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related areas of a study with 1-2 years of sales experience. INVENTORY SPECIALIST/BUYER

Growing not-for-profit corporation seeks Inventory Specialist/Buyer to provide support in the operation of a distribution center with $20+ million in commodity sales statewide by government agencies. Responsibilities include daily processing of receiving’s from warehouse and processing of sales orders and shipment tracking information. Daily inventory management which includes monitoring inventory levels and placing product replenishment orders with vendors. Daily interface with the distribution center and multiple shipping companies. Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Business or related field and/or 3 years experience in inventory, receiving or buying. Knowledge of computer software applications a plus.
