 Objectives of the Course:

       
           
 
This course will focus on the primary components of key employment laws, regulations and theories. Participants will learn how to implement preventative management techniques into all phases of employee and candidate interactions and understand their status as an agent for their respective company.

- about the basics of NYS Workers’ Compensation, unemployment, and short-term disability
