Objectives of the Course: |

| This one-day course will provide comprehensive training on Federal Wage
and Hour Law as it applies to rehabilitation programs. This session will focus
on issues relating to commensurate wages paid to workers with disabilities
in a rehabilitation setting. |

Charles Wm. Harles, Esquire is Executive Director of the Inter-National
Association of Business, Industry and Rehabilitation (I-NABIR), which represents
Projects with Industry programs. He is also President of Harles & Associates, a
Washington based consulting firm on disability and rehabilitation issues. He is
co-chair of the Employment and Training Task Force of the Consortium for
Citizens with Disabilities. Mr. Harles has also served as General Counsel of
Goodwill Industries of America and as Associate Director of the National
Association of Rehabilitation Facilities. Mr. Harles earned his undergraduate
and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
