Objectives of the Course: |

| This half-day afternoon course will focus on miscommunications and lack of
communication. Participants will learn strategies, skills and practice models
for listening, delivering instructions, providing feedback, asking questions and
determining best communication methods. Learn how best to handle situations
including face-to-face, voice mail and e-mail communication. |

Diane Lustenader, Lake Associates, Inc., has over 25 years of experience in

extensive TQM training in Japan and the U.S. Ms. Lustenader is also experienced
in many industries and business sectors: manufacturing, distribution, association
management, retail, software, steel mills, consumer goods, and academia, in
both the profit and non-profit sectors. Ms. Lustenader is a certified SPHR (Senior
Professional in Human Resources), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional),
GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) and master trainer, as well as a
