Objectives of the Course: |

| This course will provide strategies and skills for interviewing entry-level,
experienced professionals and managerial employees that will help your
supervisors and HR professionals base their hiring decision on more than a gut
feeling. Participants will receive a list of illegal interview questions and “best ever”
sample interview questions to get them started and keep interviews on track. |

TQM training in Japan and the U.S. Ms. Lustenader is also experienced in the
following industries and business sectors: manufacturing, distribution, association
management, retail, software, steel mills, consumer goods, and academia, in both
the profit and non-profit sectors. Ms. Lustenader is a certified SPHR (Senior
Professional in Human Resources), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional),
GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) and master trainer, as well as being a
published author. Her work has appeared in HR Professional, HR Reporter, MHEDA
Journal, Practical Supervision, and NIBA News. |
