Seneca Cayuga Counties Chapter NYSARC, Inc./Seneca Industries is a '2011 Member Agency of the Year' award winner, in recognition its lengthy association with Preferred Source contracts as an opportunity to grow jobs in its rural community. From its first NYSID janitorial contract for the NYS Thruway Authority in 1988 to a 2011 groundskeeping agreement at the local NYS Division of Military and Naval Affairs building, Seneca Cayuga Industries has grown to be a major employer for New Yorkers with disabilities and those who serve them in both counties.
