COVID-19 has been both an equalizer and a flashlight illuminating the inequities in organizational culture and workplace dynamics. Workplaces have scrambled to adjust to remote work and employees have had to adjust to managing the blended barriers between home and work life. These changes have impacted people differently and can impact morale and engagement. Tangible Development will guide participants through a discussion on lessons learned from COVID-19 workplace responses. Participants will re-imagine a workplace culture that centers people from an equitable place and positions companies to operate from a new normal that creates a level playing field for a diverse workforce.
