Holly is a Talent Development professional with more than a decade of experience in supporting the growth and development of individuals and teams in a variety of settings, including education, financial services, and retail. Her passion is to spark a love of learning and develop a growth mindset in everyone she coaches and trains.  Holly holds a Bachelor’s degree from SUNY Buffalo and certificates from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in Coaching and Designing Virtual Training. She is working toward her Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) certification. When not at work you can find Holly spending time with friends and family enjoying good food, watching her favorite teams win (Go Yanks and Bills!), among other interests.

Who Should Attend:

Those who have at least 1 year in a supervisory role and/or have completed ProKnowledge’s fundamental Supervisor Boot Camp series.

Session Objective:

This intensive course is designed to equip experienced supervisors with the “next level” set of skills beyond those offered in the Supervisor Boot Camp for newer supervisors. Participants will develop these skills using various exercises and case scenarios with emphasis on expanding the depth of their Management and Leadership toolkit.
