As the Director, Contract Administration, Dan is responsible for overseeing the proper and efficient operation of NYSID’s contract administration process, including oversight of the department’s data management system. Dan brings a wealth of experience to this role having worked both in the accounting and compliance departments at NYSID.

As Contract Administration Special Projects Manager, Paul’s focus is on processing NYSID’s larger and more complex OGS applications. His significant experience in State government procurement  gives him unique insight into the contracting process. Paul finds his current role at NYSID to be highly rewarding in that he gets to help create livelihoods for people with disabilities.

Who Should Attend:

Staff involved in payroll, contract costing (OGS Form 3) or human resources whose organizations have NYSID services contracts.

Session Objective:

This course will provide an overview of how to complete NYS OGS Form # 3 for a successful NYS OGS application submission. We’ll review  the requirements of  Labor Law Article 9 - Building Services Contracts - including Prevailing Wage and mandatory PTO,  and NYS Labor Law 196-b mandatory Paid Sick Leave. We’ll take a deep dive into the mandatory back-up documentation required to support all Form # 3 line items costs, as well as engage in a broad discussion on what constitutes prevailing market. Join us for a lively discussion.
