Summary: Build, manage and improve accounts receivable relationships with significant customers. Produce monthly written reports on the status and progress of the accounts to ensure resolving issues efficiently and in a timely manner.

This position requires impeccable customer service skills, adept communication proficiency, and a meticulous eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with customers and other departments
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field
5 - 7 years’ experience in finance or accounting position including minimum of 5 years of corporate collections experience
Proven problem solving, mathematical, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume work environment
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with diverse groups of people
Integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
Must be detail oriented, dependable and efficient
Proficiency with various computer software applications including computerized accounting systems (Great Plains Dynamics preferred), databases, spreadsheets and word processing (Microsoft Office Suite preferred).
Physical Requirements:
Nature of job requires considerable computer, keyboard and mouse usage, walking around facilities and sitting for long periods of time. Must have visual acuity and hearing ability for communicating with others and gathering and accessing written and computerized information. Ability to access any locations where company business is conducted.
